Since 2018, Clear Pathway Care has grown from a shared vision between Jared Worthy and Jason Sherman into a trusted provider of home care and supported living.
Our leadership team brings together experience across care, management and regulation, united by a shared commitment to making a meaningful difference to the people we support. In 2024, we welcomed David as our Nominated Individual, bringing valuable experience from his previous role as a CQC inspector.
